Simon will conduct a smooth and efficient assessment establishing your diagnosis and initiating treatment if appropriate. Prior to the assessment you will be sent a number of questionnaires that Simon will need back prior to the on-line meeting. I will write a report for you to share as you wish.

If you are commenced on ADHD medication Simon will ask your GP as soon as soon as possible if they will enter a shared care agreement in which they take over prescribing which will reduce the ongoing cost considerably.
